The Response
The thousands of letters and telephone calls received both during and following the emergency, all indicating active interest and participation by children, parents, and educators in the epidemic area, bore overwhelming testimony to the community service rendered by KUOM through it’s “KUOM for Kids” and “School by Air” series.
