"Stockholders Finally Decide to Mutualize Daily.
Plan to Retain the old Corporation, with Certain Modifications in Its form, Rejected as Impracticable after Much Discussion.
At a meeting of the Daily stockholders yesterday afternoon, it was definitely decided to mutualize the Daily on the original plans.
The decision was reached after a long discussion, the plan of reorganizing the older corporation being abandoned as impracticable."
