Description
Bowel health requires fruit, green vegetables (canned or fresh), and coarse bread, daily, providing bulk and roughness. Eat slowly. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Fix a regular time for bowel action. Deep breathing and bending exercises help. Medicines never cure constipation. If you depend upon them, you weaken your digestive organs.
