Cover, Commencement 1901, The Minnesota Daily, June 6, 1901

Image of the cover of the "Commencement 1901" issue, a special edition of The Minnesota Daily, June 6, 1901. The illustration on the cover includes the title, "The Minnesota Daily Commencement 1901" in calligraphy lettering at the top in the center of the cover bordered by a thick black box. Underneath the title box is a large bounded box that includes an illustration of a person in a cap and gown in the foreground with their arm outstretched holding a hankey. A line drawing of the Armory Building on the University of Minnesota campus is in the distant background. The name "Myrtle E. Mowry" is written above the illustration in small lettering, possibly to denote the artist of the illustration. The date of the issue, June 6, 1901, is hand-written at the top.
